Job description
With an IT traineeship at Codit, you’ll get to create beautiful IoT and AI/ML projects and obtain different data streams from multiple sources. We’ll teach you how to put your current knowledge to optimal use in practice, and how to be reliable as well as innovative. We’ll show you how to get from a simple Proof-of-Concept to fully developed and operational solutions.
The traineeship spans over a 9-month paid period, consisting of 3 months of training and a 6-month practical assignment with one of our clients. After these 9 months, you will be ready to independently carry out an assignment with one of our clients, during which we’ll continue to support and guide you.
During the programme, you will learn all the ins and outs of working as a fully-fledged consultant. You’ll learn all about Microsoft Integration and about using your existing development skills within Microsoft Azure. You will obtain various Microsoft certificates that will make you a competitive, desirable professional. You can also participate in the knowledge sessions and information meetings organised by and for colleagues in the Netherlands and Europe.

Track
Months 1-3:
Theory: Under the guidance of a consultant and Trainer, you go through the basics.
Month 4-6:
Practice: In collaboration with consultants, you’ll carry out programming assignments with clients.
Next level:
After 9 months, you’ll start working with one of our clients, often in combination with a more experienced colleague. But you never stop learning at Codit; your personal development is central throughout the traineeship and beyond.
After this, you will start working as an independent junior consultant for our clients. Depending on your interests and ambitions, you can progress to a higher level, such as a developer or architect. You can specialise in the areas of Azure, Integration or IoT.
About You
You have
- A Bachelor in IT or completed Master of Science;
- An affinity with IT and back-end processes;
- Programming knowledge: this is required, and if you have experience with C# this is a plus;
- A strong drive to learn and develop;
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Dutch is a plus. You live in the Netherlands;
- Entrepreneurial skills and a thirst to go the extra mile.
Our offer
