About the Job

Codit is looking for an experienced and positive HR Business Partner.

Together with the HR team, you will help us realize our growth ambitions and attract, engage, and retain the best Codit colleagues. We believe in the people at Codit and aim to support them every day in their job by focusing on their careers, learning and development, well-being, strong leadership, and transparent internal communication.

Our employees are spread across 8 European countries. You will work closely with the entire HR team and the management of the countries you are responsible for.

You will contribute to the development and implementation of the HR strategy and HR policy and will be responsible for the following in your region:

  • Supporting and coaching managers in the field of people management.
  • Being a point of contact for local employees for all their questions, especially those related to career development, well-being, and performance.
  • Managing and supporting HR processes such as onboarding, training & development, performance management, retention policy, offboarding, HR reporting, and employer branding.
  • Safeguarding and steering the organizational culture and values (#Qualityfirst #RespectAllWays #DedicationToInnovation #HappyPlace #AllTogether).

About You

  •  At least 5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner in an international context, with a focus on HR domains such as leadership coaching, performance management, learning and development, retention, etc.
  • Social & team player: You are open and approachable, and easy to communicate with. When the team wins, you win too. You easily identify issues and maintain a positive attitude and behavior.
  • Good knowledge of Belgian labor law.
  • Dutch-speaking with very good knowledge of English.
  • Experience in the IT sector is an advantage.
  • Willing to travel within Europe (on average once every 2 months).
