What are my responsibilities?
As our Customer Care Engineer, you’ll be at the forefront of supporting our customers and improving their experience. Your key responsibilities will include:

Customer Support and Incident Management
• Work as part of the customer support team, helping ensure 24/7 support for our clients.
• Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues in a timely manner, and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Proactively assist with improving alert rule configurations to minimize service disruptions.

Continuous Improvement and Knowledge Management
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by executing small and standard changes to enhance service quality.
• Assist in maintaining, improving, and executing operational procedures, ensuring efficiency across the team.
• Share knowledge and insights with colleagues, fostering a collaborative learning environment.

Technical and R&D Contributions
• Assist in internal R&D projects to explore new technologies and improve our services.
• Stay up-to-date with technological advancements, particularly in Data & AI, and contribute to the team’s knowledge sharing.

About You

You have:

    • A Bachelor’s degree in IT or similar experience.

    • Basic understanding of core technologies, including Azure, BizTalk, .NET Framework, C#, Web Services, and SQL Server.

    • Eagerness to expand your knowledge in Data & AI.

    • ITIL Foundation certification or willingness to obtain it.

    • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external customers.

    • Analytical mindset with a passion for problem-solving and teamwork.

    • Structured, proactive work habits focused on delivering the best possible customer service.

    • Flexibility to be on-call for approximately 10% of your time.

    • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
