Codit has appointed Leslie Cottenjé as its new General Manager of Codit Belgium. Aged 38, Leslie has spent the last eight years as CEO at Hello Customer, a SaaS company based in Ghent, which she co-founded in 2015. She is also a board member at Guberna and Spotto, among other companies.
Codit’s CEO Stijn Degrieck says: “We have an ambitious target to grow 15% annually, doubling our turnover in 5 years. To steer that trajectory in the right direction, each country team is managed by a driven General Manager. In Belgium, the position has been vacant for some time. With Leslie Cottenjé we have found someone to further develop our company: she combines a technological background and expertise in AI with extensive sales experience and a clear vision of inspiring leadership. We want to take a step forward commercially and Leslie’s profile fits perfectly with the people business in which Codit operates.”
Leslie is looking forward to her new challenge. “Developing a strategy, maintaining relationships with clients, and building a company culture is close to my heart,” she says. “When talking to Stijn and Codit’s management, I immediately felt like we were on the same wavelength. Contributing to a transformation path aiming for sustainable growth through strong strategy, technological innovation, and a people-centric culture, was a challenge I couldn’t pass up. That’s why I decided to make the switch.”
At Hello Customer, Managing Director Bram De Vos takes over from Leslie.
